so now that you've powered through the rules, what's next?
once your character is accepted and you've received your starter, the next step is to make your character's log--a personal computer-type of thread that keeps track of all your pokémon and items. here is where you can make up your templates and arrange this anyway you'd like. here are a few guidelines for the logs:
001. include a nickname for your pokemon (if desired).
002. be sure to include all information of the pokemon you've received/captured/traded/etc., ie. gender, level, and moves.
003. keep a record of the items you've bought/received, either in sprite or written form.
004. the most important thing is to keep your log up-to-date! update it whenever your pokemon gains a level, or if you teach it a tm/hm, etc..
what to do after your log has been completed? start role playing! 8D start an im thread, troll the plot ads, do whatever! open mod threads are also a great way to meet other characters.
